Terms & Conditions for Tattoo Services

Hey! Before we get started, please take a moment to read through these terms and conditions. They help keep everything clear, safe, and respectful for both of us. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following:

1. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed by me. I’ll need to see a valid government-issued ID at your appointment.

  • I do not tattoo minors — no exceptions.

2. Health, Safety & Medical Info

  • Your safety is super important. Please let me know before the appointment if you have:

    • Any infectious diseases (like hepatitis, HIV, etc.)

    • Any allergies, especially to ink, latex, or antiseptics

    • Any skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis

    • Any medical condition that could complicate the process or healing

This isn’t about judgment — it’s about making sure I can tattoo you safely and responsibly.

3. Pain & Tolerance

  • Tattoos can be painful — that’s just the nature of the art. Everyone experiences pain differently, and that’s totally okay.

  • However, if at any point during the session I feel that you’re unable to stay calm or still enough for me to work safely and effectively, I may decide to pause or stop the session. I have to protect the quality of the tattoo and your wellbeing.

4. Deposits & Final Price

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable, and it will go toward your final price.

  • The remaining 70% is due on the day of the appointment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. Anything less and the deposit will be lost.

5. Design Policy

  • I do one revision on custom designs — that’s it. To avoid delays and extra work, please come with a mostly finalized idea or choose from one of my pre-made designs.

  • I pour a lot of time and effort into every piece, so respect for the creative process is really important.

  • I also reserve the right to decline any design or request that I’m not comfortable with or don’t feel inspired by. I want to make work we’re both proud of.

6. Right to Refuse Service

  • I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes — but isn’t limited to — rude behavior, inappropriate conduct, showing up intoxicated, or anything that makes the environment unsafe or uncomfortable.

  • I’m here to create something meaningful with you — let’s keep it respectful on both sides.

7. Aftercare

  • You’ll get clear aftercare instructions after your session. Please follow them carefully — they’re essential for proper healing and the best-looking result.

  • I’m not responsible for poor healing caused by improper aftercare.

8. Touch-Ups

  • One free touch-up is offered within [insert time frame, e.g. 3 months] of your original appointment, as long as you followed the aftercare instructions properly.

  • If touch-ups are needed due to neglect (like sun damage, picking, infection, etc.), they may come at an additional cost.

9. Photos & Portfolio

  • I may ask to take a photo of your finished tattoo for my portfolio, social media, or promotional use. You can absolutely opt out — just let me know.

  • Your face or identity will never be shared unless I have your clear permission.

10. Final Note
